At TheJuJu512, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each product is custom-made just for you and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

Since all items are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Please double-check your order details (size, color, and design) before completing your purchase.


Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right! To qualify for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product showing the defect, damage, or error.
  3. Resolution: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind).
  • Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer. Please refer to our size charts before placing your order.
  • Delayed shipments caused by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the production process begins, and changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a replacement is issued for a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost for the new product.
